How much do you charge?

For Face painting the basic rate is $120 for a minimum of 2 hours. The Glitter Bar Services are available in more premium packages or the services can be booked alone.

How far in advance can I book?

You can book as far in advance as you'd like. For a greater chance of availability we reccomend booking no later than 2 weeks out from your event. Please email or call (916)801-4259 to check available dates and times.

What setup is needed/ What do I nedd to provde?

We will provide all necessary equipment to setup, paint and dispose of our trash. For small events our artist needs a 5’ x 5’ area. Larger events may require more equipment and a minimum of a 10’ x 10’ area. PLEASE NOTE FOR OUTDOOR EVENTS – Space provided must be shade d, or face-paint will melt and so will we! If a tent is required and you are unable to provide one, please let us know in advance.

Will the artist take any breaks?

Artist may have paid breaks of 5 mins every two hours to access a restroom.

What if you go over your designated booked time?

Any time beyond the time booked will cost $20 per 15mins of overtime, per Artist, with a full charge being due for each increment overtime. However, only booked times with deposits are guaranteed; additional time on day of event may not be available. Artist will attempt to accommodate requests for additional time.

Do you travel?

Yes I do travel! Travel fees apply when the event is more than 35 minutes of travel in or from Sacramento, Ca, $15 per half hour increment one way. Parking fees must be payed to Artist along with other payment.

Which forms of payment do you accept?

Payment of your event may be before or on the day of the event. Cash, Card, Venmo, Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash App or PayPal are all acceptable forms of payment. Checks are not an accepted.

Is Face painting safe?

Yes face and body painting is safe. We only use FDA approved supplies and always follow our strict health and safety guidelines. See Covid19 Health and Safety Practices

How to remove face paint?

To REMOVE face paint: Gently massage a baby shampoo or gentle soap onto the design and wipe away with a wet wash cloth. If paint remains on the skin after being washed, use lotion or coconut oil to gently remove (Some colors are more stubborn than others). CLOTHING that has been in contact with face paint should be COLD soaked overnight with an oxygen activated stain remover before washing normally.
